The Diocese of New England Youth Rally is an event where diocesan youth come together in a camp setting for Orthodox Christian education, fellowship, and worship. It is a time for learning more about our Orthodox Faith and applying it in the world in which we live. It is also a time for making or renewing friendships, and for having fun!

Youth Rally is hosted at the Saint Methodios Faith and Heritage Center, a beautiful camp and retreat center in Contoocook, New Hampshire. The event spans the entire week from August 5th through August 10th, and it is for children of ages 9 – 17.

The firm deadline for registrations is Monday, July 15th, 2024.

How To Apply:

1. Download the application packet

2. All the following items must be received in order to complete your application

   1. Youth Rally Covenant

   2. Parental Consent Statement

   3. Parent-Camper Agreement

   4. Statement of Approval from Parish Priest

   5. Health Form (MUST BE MAILED. See #4)

   6. Epi-Pen Form (if needed, MUST BE MAILED. See #4)

   7. Scan of the front and back of attendee’s health insurance card (MUST BE MAILED. See #4)

   1. Upload pictures or scans of the Youth Rally Covenant, Parental Consent Statement, Parent-Camper Agreement, and Statement of Approval from Parish Priest forms to the form. Please make sure to rename the file to include the participants name.

4. IMPORTANT!!!Participant health forms, a photocopy of the front and back of their health insurance card, and Epi-Pen permission form (if required) cannot be transmitted digitally and must be physically mailed to 1070 Roxbury Road, Southbury CT, 06488 or hand delivered to Fr. Moses Locke by Monday, July 15th.

Attendance fee payment:

The attendance fee is $500 for a single child, with a diminishing fee for each additional child from the same family up to three. Any children from the same family beyond the first three may attend free of charge.

Thus:

• 1 attendee: $500

• 2 attendees: $500 + $400 = $900

• 3 attendees: $500 + $400 + $300 = $1200

• Attendees beyond the third child are admitted for free

Payment may be made in one of two ways: by paper check or online.
